Once an order is confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Most products sold on Hodru.lk are customized according to customer requirements. By submitting customization details, you confirm that the information provided is correct. Hodru.lk will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customization details supplied by the customer.

Customized products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Hodru.lk is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services after the product has been dispatched.
